Artist: Filomena Morim, Portugal

Born in Lisbon, from an early age she felt the call for painting.
By the hand of Professor Conceição Oliveira of the Lisbon School of Fine Arts.
She started learning the technique of oil, stained glass, painting on ceramics, and silk. Inactive in this area, for several years, she went on to explore other paths of knowledge.
At the encouragement of several friends, she returned to the brushes in mixed technique and acrylic.
To paint is to transpose the intensity of emotions to the canvas, searching deep within the soul for feelings that transcend mere senses.
Traveling on the wings of the imagination, she transposes to the screens the union between the Universe and the Earth.
