Plastic artist, she was born on July 26, 1951, daughter of Alaide Rodrigues Chagas and Diva Nilza Soares Chagas, native of
Delfinópolis-MG, has been living in France since he was 10 years old.
She is a French citizen in recognition of her cultural activities.
It was born with limited movements in the arms, because of a deficiency.
She has always had family support, she was considered a normal child, which leads the artist to have as base and support God and his family.
As a child she has a gift for culture (visual arts, educator, social sciences, among others), began her career as a teacher of Literature and Portuguese Language and worked for 28 years in teaching, teaching lectures and art workshops with children.
It is recognized, too, for its struggle for inclusion.
He has a degree in Artistic Education, specialization in Communication Semiology, full licentiate in Letters, post-graduation in history, area of ??concentration in social relations culture and ideology at UNESP master’s level.
As a plastic artist, he started professionally in 1975, when he started his degree in Arts Education, but he always painted with his mouth and feet, but sought international recognition consistent with the gift he possesses.
He is a participant of the Association of Painters with the Mouth and the Feet that is a great contribution as a professional recognition, since all the artists that participate in this association are paid with a monthly bag.
It considers art as a balancing point in life, as it is an invitation to transport to places and have creative, philosophical and
policies.
Graduated in Literature, Arts Education and Semiotics.
She acts as Motivational Speaker in Companies, Schools and events in general, focusing on overcoming, resilience and innovation.

She is a plastic artist and also a writer.
It belongs to the Association of Painters with Mouth and Feet with works awarded and reproduced in Brazil and abroad, honorable mentions, medals and trophies in Brazil.
– Indicated and selected to exhibit and paint in Carrousel du Louvre, was honored, exhibited and painted in 2016, in Paris – Ambassadorial title by the Divine Academie Francese in 2016.

Maria Goret is the author of three books, all related to art and overcoming.
In your book “Realize … everything your heart desires!”
Goret makes an autobiography, where he narrates in a metaphorical but real way his story of overcoming. The objective of the work, according to the author, is to encourage the reader to change paradigms.
In the book “Once upon a time … an enchanted-eyed girl!” Is reported the dream of a visually impaired girl in becoming a plastic artist where she lives the experience of a great project called Color Smell. The aim of the work is to show the sharp and intense sensitivity of the visually impaired and their special way of seeing life, its space, its inclusion and its routine.
His work “The star of a tip!” Is a biographical retelling of children’s inclusion, portraying their childhood and adolescence as deficient, the common school and their relationship with teachers, family tutelage, friends, adaptations and art . It is an illustrated and interactive book where children can paint and draw. The author chose the title with the metaphor of the star to represent five points, but with only three efficient commanded by the principal: the mind. Its goal is for the book to be used by children ages 3 to 7 in schools, with the guidance of teachers who can also learn more about disability and how to deal with it, overcoming all barriers to understanding about the body.
