Petter L. Nøstdal, Norway
Petter was born in Oslo in 1954, and now lives in Lillestrøm. He combines his profession as an structural engineer with being an artist.
He painted his first picture in 1985, but it was not until 1991 that he began to develop his skills in watercolor.
Since 2005 there have been more powerful colors and acrylic paint texture and opportunity that has inspired Petter. His art moves in the borderland between the abstract and the figurative, often in combination with symbols.
Several annual courses since 1991 have inspired him to new images and expression forms. All the courses, countless hours I various galleries and long evenings with his nose down in art books, he has obtained much knowledge about art – both in general and in detail. He has a studio in Lillestrøm, and has also given lectures on art.
He has also worked with graphic techniques like intaglio/drypoint, lithography, collagrafi/collograph and the combination of photo, data, acrylic paint and print.

has inspired him to new images and expression forms. The living room of his apartment has been studio, and there are a huge variety art books. Through numerous
courses, countless hours in various galleries and long evenings with the nose down in art books, he has obtained much knowledge about art, both in general and in
detail. He has also given lectures on art. In recent years he has participated in numerous exhibitions, with the Juried International Art Festival in Kerteminde as the
highlight. He has participated in both 2012 and 20 Several exhibitions organized for Artcom Expo International Association of Artists Norway – :Gallery EcletIica -Spoletto- Gallery Gerard Berizzi, Gallery La Pigna,Roma,Carrousell du Louvre, Paris in 2013 .
