Neusa Maria Horn was born on September 21, 1982, in the city of São Paulo Das Missões, Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil.
In June 1989, at the age of six, he moved to Santa Inés – Municipality-District of San Rafael Del Paraná, Paraguay.
Since she was very young, her passion has always been drawings, paintings and her collection of figurines, and so later,when she had access
to dyes, her drawings began to come to life and colors.
In 2009 he took his first course with teacher Bernadete Wobeto who always helps and motivates, but only in 2018 did he start to dedicate
himself completely to paintings.
When he met Silvio Duarte, his biggest inspiration and who gave him the most incentive to pursue his dream.
From then on, he took several other courses, professionalizing himself and improving his painting techniques, and then he was able to fulfill his great dream of opening his own studio, which is located in the city of Naranjito – Itapúa (Distrito San Rafael del Paraná) – PY, where he resides currently, and thus being able to pass on all her knowledge in courses for children, just like her, they love painting.
